Oxford Swimming and Diving Team

2026 Practice Schedule

Begins: May 26th, 2026

Swim: 2026 practice times.

Swim: 11 and Over: 8:00 – 9:00 AM M-F. Evening practice: 8:00 – 9:00 PM M – TH when there are no swim meets.

7 – 10 yr olds: 9:00 – 10:00 AM M- F

6 & Unders (4 - 6 yr olds):10:00-10:30 AM or 10:30 to 11:00 AM M-F (Coaches will assign 5/26 @ 10AM)

Dive Practice:
In an effort to reduce the amount of time divers spend waiting in line and to allow the coaches to tailor instructions to the diver's skill level, we are implementing the following schedule.
Fundamental divers: 10:00 -10:45 AM M-F
Focus will be on helping divers learn their first 3 dives to progress toward competing in meets.
Advanced divers (Coaches will invite): 10:45 - 11:30AM M-F and optional 7:00-8:00 PM M-TH when there are no dual meets.
Focus will be on helping divers with more advanced dives and positions targeted toward improving divers' scores.

We will evaluate if this leads to a better experience for the divers and make adjustments where necessary.

Practice Schedule Changes:
July 2nd - No evening swim or dive practice due to the Freedom Festival. Morning Swim practice and the moring Dive meet will be held as scheduled.
