The 2010 Summer season will be here before you know it. 

Are you ready?

Get a head start with a Spring Stroke Clinic offered by Miami Valley Aquatic Club -MAKOS

The coaches will assist your swimmer with learning the proper technique of the four strokes along with starts and turns.  It is a great way to prepare for those early summer meets.

Begins Monday, April 19th and runs through June 2nd. There will be no practice the week of May 10-14 and May 31st due to the rec enter being closed.  Practices will be held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6:00 - 7:00 PM.  The cost is $125.  Please complete the on-line registration, then bring your signed forms and payment on April 19th between 5:30 - 6:00.

Prerequisite:  Knowledge of all 4 strokes (Free, Back, Breast, Fly) is required.  Geared toward ages 7 & up.  If you are unsure if your child qualifies, sign them up and bring them to the first night of practice.  Coaches will take a look and make sure they will be safe in the group.
